We offer custom orders with specific size and colors.
If a knit you had your eye on has sold, you would like specific sizing, color, or just want to shoot from the hip and let us create something special for you - reach out. Keep in mind our knits are patternless and one-off. We often use upcycled yarn and cannot offer exact replicas of sold knits. We will not replicate garments made by other knitwear brands.

RETURNS
No returns- all sales final
Although knits have ample stretch please be sure to measure yourself before purchasing
CARE / WASHING
Hand-knit sweaters are best folded rather than hanged
Try not to wash your knit unnecessarily. We recommend to first air out the knit. If you need to wash your garment make a lukewarm/cool bath with wool-wash and soak for a few minutes. Do not agitate. Gently rinse out soap. Do not stretch or wring while it is wet, this can cause it to become misshapen. Lay flat on a towel to dry.
Avoid machine wash
Do not tumble dry or dry clean
The Magik Bag and Essentials Only Bag are from recycled jersey cotton and repurposed T-shirts. They are safe to wash on gentle unless stated otherwise.
PILLING
Most fibres pill over time, unfortunately this is an unavoidable and natural result from friction during wear.
Carefully cut pill/balls with scissors or a sweater shaver (we highly recommend) to bring new life to your knit.
